Return Period

Your Timeframe for returning items to us is 14 days from the date of dispatch.

We have a highly skilled team of quality control experts who ensure no faulty item is dispatched, however should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty item or your item becomes faulty within 14 days of dispatch we will gladly provide you with a either a refund or replacement.

Have you purchased from a Social Shopping Channel?

A Social Shopping Channel is a website such as; Groupon, Living Social, KGB Deals, Wowcher, Discount Vouchers, Amazon Local or similar.

These channels advertise 'deals' which you can buy and you make a purchase paying them for the deal. Upon payment these companies will then email you a voucher code which can be used on our site www.Diamond-Style.co.uk.

This code removes the charges for the product on our site as you have already paid the shopping channel, we only take a payment from you if your order is subject to any postage & packing charges.

  • In the event of any incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out.
  • If your order does not arrive within the quoted delivery timeframe please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out or refund issued.
  • If the items you purchase are simply not wanted you can also send them back to us. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. Your refund will be for the value of goods only.

Have you purchased direct from Diamond Style?

If you paid us directly for your items and did not buy from a Social Shopping Channel.

  • In the event of any incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out.
  • If your order does not arrive within the quoted delivery timeframe please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out or refund issued.
  • If the items you purchase are simply not wanted you can also send them back to us. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. Your refund will be for the value of goods only.

Returns Procedure

Due to the highly fragile nature of our items we strongly recommend that you use a fully tracked and insured courier service when returning items to us.

Please wrap return items securely, using the original delivery packaging, and remember to include your condensed dispatch note so that we can identify your order easily on its return.

Once we've received and checked the items, we will apply your refund or send you a replacement as soon as we can.

Returns Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any Ear Rings, Ear Studs or sets containing these. This is due to UK Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.
