Postage Offers

We may run a free postage offer through our site or through our Social Shopping channels which allow products to be purchased free of delivery charges.

The speed of delivery service will vary depending on the deal purchased. These timeframes are clearly stated in each Social Shopping channel deal so please make sure you check all literature before making an order or emailing an enquiry.

In the rare event that we are temporarily out of stock of any items we will notify you by email with an expected delivery date or an alternative.

UK Services

We offer a Royal Mail Standard Delivery service for our UK deliveries. You can calculate your exact shipping charges in your shopping basket.

Orders from our Social Shopping channels will often have specific delivery timeframe for your reference, which will be quoted in the deal at time of purchasing.

Postage Charges may appear in your basket, however if your deal was subject to free delivery this would be removed when you redeem your voucher.

The timeframes of these services vary. We usually quote a delivery time of 5 – 7 working days. However please refer to any specific literature relating to the product you have ordered for further information.

Postal prices will vary depending on the item and the quantity of items ordered.

 

All Deliveries

Please ensure you leave a contact telephone number for us to process your order effectively.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday between the hours of 09.00 and 18.00).

In an effort to make receiving your goods easier we give you the opportunity to have your goods delivered at an alternative address like Work or a Relative or Friend. We can deliver to both residential and business addresses, so with delivery times in mind please select the most appropriate delivery address.

Please take great care when inputting your delivery address. This is the address that will be printed onto your parcel and if any information is incorrect, this may result in a failed delivery and you not receiving your item.

Specific Delivery instructions or requests such as, "if no-one is home, please leave in side porch or neighbour at No.42", cannot be put onto your parcel. Therefore your delivery address must be able to receive delivery. If delivery is not made to you in the timeframe you were quoted you may need to check with your local post office, to see if they attempted a delivery and have your parcel.

 

Insurance

We have been despatching goods worldwide for the best part of 30 years, through this we have developed a quality control system for packing which ensures that every effort is made to protect your items for their time in transit.

However we cannot guarantee the successful and safe delivery of your items and such cannot insure your order once it leaves us.

Documentation

As many of the items on our site are purchased as gifts all orders are sent out with documentation containing the details of the items you order excluding price information.

In addition to your despatch email a condensed picking slip will be found within your packed goods. This is not a VAT certificate.

 

International Orders
